Mini Session Terms & Policies


Mini sessions are done on a specific date, at one location, for various holiday themes.


The purpose of a mini-session is to utilise the “set” or location in relevance to the holiday; therefore, bringing props not associated with the set theme (for example, birthday, etc…) is not permitted.


Time slots are at most 10-15 minutes; therefore, arriving on time for your session is very important. Each session will start at the time it was scheduled. Arriving late will shorten the length of your session.


No outfit changes, please. Time slots are back-to-back, and time is of the essence. With that said, I would rather spend our time connecting with your family rather than how many outfits are photographed.


All sessions include up to 6 people (£10 per additional subject), immediate family only.


Payment of the session is due in full at the time of booking to secure your slot.


No refunds are given for mini-session fees upon cancellation or due to a no-show.

However, if the cancellation is within 24 hours, you may use the credit toward any regular session if booked within 2 months of the mini-session date.
